Kids Help Phone releases new study on safety in online relationships and holds interactive session with students to help them ‘be connected and protected’
On April 8th, Kids Help Phone and Bell Canada will launch the seventh annual Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone campaign by releasing the 2008 Kids Help Phone survey results report “Safety in Online Relationships“, which highlights some of the risks Canadian youth are taking in their online relationships. In order to fully explore the report’s findings and recommendations, Kids Help Phone will lead 30 students from Prince of Wales Secondary School through the results during an interactive session to help make kids safer.The study is based on almost 2,250 student responses from across Canada, and highlights some of the dangers facing Canadian youth online.
