Kathleen’s clients benefit from her more than 30 years’ experience, which spans strategic communication planning, reputation management, crisis communication, issues management, sustainability communication, community investment management, and employee communication. Kathleen has extensive experience in communications research and in the public and First Nations consultation processes associated with resource industry applications in British Columbia. She is also a sought-after speech writer, having written for several of the country’s leading CEOs.
Prior to joining Optimum in 2001, Kathleen held various communications management positions with Alcan Inc. over more than 25 years. An Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), Kathleen is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and is the recipient of numerous provincial, national and international awards for communications excellence.
